Birchwood Credit Services is a mortgage credit services provider in the FinTech space. When I was hired by Birchwood, they had no existing Marketing department and really needed help with generating leads for the Sales pipeline. From the ground up, I implemented an Inbound Marketing department and generated a 316% increase in inbound leads year over year. Within the first 11 months, I helped impact over $2MM in bottom-line revenue and optimized all of their marketing channels, leading to a 187% increase in marketing qualified leads.
In addition, I implemented a Social Media strategy that increased their followers and engagement by an average of 239% during my tenure there.
Data Facts is an international background screening provider. I led one of the most amazing marketing teams in existence and together, we achieved great things. During my tenure as Director of Marketing, our department generated a 633% increase in inbound leads under my management and direction. Our value-add content was performing great, with a 2,500% increase in View-to-Contact rates.
For years, Data Facts tried to get listed in HRO Today's Baker's Dozen list, a very prestigious industry list that only 12 companies can be included in each year. I led our marketing team and implemented customer feedback (and marketing) strategies that helped secure our placement on this list. Not only once, but three times during my tenure there.

Universal Asset Management, an aircraft disassembly and asset management company, needed maximum brand recognition in the industry. I implemented a PR strategy that gained UAM recognition on the Inc. 5000 list and secured local awards for their executive staff members, including Memphis Business Journal's CFO of the Year, and the Superwomen in Business award.
Aerospace Products International is a general aviation parts distributor and e-Comm provider for aviation owners and operators. I streamlined their Tradeshow & Events strategy, resulting in cost savings of over 20% on a $250,000 tradeshow budget. In addition, I spearheaded their online promotion strategy that brought in over $1MM in revenue to the company.
